Growth Lead

The Growth Lead will play a critical role in expanding CXO Thread’s business by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and driving sales and engagement efforts. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial remote work. From driving user acquisition to building an engaged leadership community, you will work directly with the founders to scale the platform from early traction to rapid growth. 

Key Responsibility

 

  • Drive user acquisition through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
  • Build and nurture a high-quality community of CXOs, founders, and professionals
  • Design and execute growth experiments (organic + partnerships)
  • Manage content and engagement strategies to boost visibility
  • Collaborate with founders on GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy
  • Identify and onboard early ambassadors and power users

Qualifications

 

  • Proficiency in Growth Hacking and Sales to develop and execute strategies that drive client engagement and business growth
  • 2–6 years of experience in growth, community, or marketing roles
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in a zero-to-one environment
  • Proven ability to design and implement innovative strategies for scaling operations and fostering business success
